Santos, a resident of Talipapa, Caloocan City. at the age of 20, I finished my college degree in university of Caloocan City, took up the program of bachelor of secondary education major in technology and livelihood education.     I am Maribel F. Santos, a graduate from University of Caloocan City with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Technology and Livelihood Education. I am 20 years old, who already passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers.

    As far as I graduated the degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education, I master the skills of Bookkeeping, Computer Programming, Woodworking and also Culinary Arts.

    A teacher is not just a job that all people have the capacity to earn, but a profession that facilitates the students in their learning and respond to their needs. Relates to students personal lives and experiences. Teacher that teach to develop students to be an intelligent citizen of our democratic society with passion and dedication.

    I. OBJECTIVES

    At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
    A. Identify the different styles of letters.
    B. Value the origin and development of letters that become useful to our usual activities.
    C. Draw letters in any style.

    II. SUBJECT MATTER
    A. Topic: Lettering
    Sub-Topic: Origin and Development of Letters
    Styles of Letters

    III. METHOD

    Motivation

    Identifying different styles of letters that shows on the board.

    B. Activity

    Assign different students to make known the foundation of letters and their development.

    C. Application

    Draw the different letters used by Ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans.

    D. Evaluation

    Write your name in a bond paper using five different letter styles.

    E. Assignment

    1. What are the parts of Modern Roman Letters?

    2. Look for the Guide Lines in Lettering and General Proportion of Letters.
